Why have you changed from Love Designer Jutes to Boutique Twenty 6?

I have loved (almost!) every minute of Love Designer Jutes since 2012, nearly 9 years on we have grown and my business has slowly taken a different path – there’s a brand new online boutique shop and so we needed a sparkly new name to go with it!! Its still me working from home but if you have any questions about the transition please don’t hesitate to ask!


 

Why did you choose your new business name?

Thank you for asking! Well, it’s a gorgeous Boutique (which grows with our product range) and the number 26 is dedicated to my children. Both born on the 26th of the month, they play a huge part in my business so it was only fair!! Evie is 15 and Billy is 10 and they both help me with designs and modelling!! – Plus I was hoping the alpha-numeric version would be a little quirky! What d’you think? Let me know x


 

Are there limitations on designs?

Absolutely not! Here at Boutique Twenty 6 you choose everything. That’s why we have design options for you to choose from to help you get started. This way your final product will complement the recipients personality, taste and your chosen details perfectly. Of course please take into consideration the chosen product/bag size but after that go for it! Make it as unique as you are! There’s always an additional info box when ordering so take advantage!


 

I can’t find the design or product I’m after…

Don’t worry. I’d love to hear about a new product idea or design! Just get in touch and if I can help I most certainly will.


 

Can I collect my order?

Yes! If you’re local it would be lovely to meet you. Please choose Collection when ordering and once your order is ready I will be in touch to make arrangements for collection via your method of contact.


 

How long will it take?

Please allow approximately 10 working days for all non clothing orders to be dispatched. Clothing orders may be slightly longer if your chosen item or size is not in stock. Please provide a method of contact so I can keep you informed of your order in the event of any delay and please allow extra time during busy periods which will be advertised. I promise your order will be worth the wait!


 

Do you post outside the UK?

Not at the moment, sorry.


 

My order has been posted but it hasn’t arrived…

Orders are sent via your chosen method with Royal Mail. Please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost/stolen until this period has lapsed. If it still has not arrived, BoutiqueTwenty 6 will put a claim forward to Royal Mail and dependent on the outcome/once investigated your item will then be either replaced or refunded.


 

Do you offer trade to other businesses?

Yes! I’d love to supply your business with any of our products. From displays in your shop to you advertising your business on our labelled products! Our hand painted jute bags, printed tote bags and travel mugs with your logo or personalised clothing are ideal for free advisement while you’re out & about! Perhaps you own a dancing school or group and would like to supply your students with a business logo product? We have a range of bags that are perfect for dancing shoes or equipment for hobbies! Get in touch with your ideas and we can have a chat, everything is tailored to your exact specification.


 

My order is wrong…

Please check your original order request to make sure everything is as it should be. If we have made the error we will replace without delay with a huge apology – and possibly with a little gift or discount code too x If you’ve made a mistake just pop another order over with a note & we’ll rush it through for you so you’re not waiting too long x


 

How do I know which size to buy?

Each product will have clear sizing information, along with measurements to help guide you if you’re in between sizes (which we understand can be a little annoying!) All our sizing will be UK standard but please do double check as items cannot be returned if they don’t fit once they have been personalised.



Are the screen colours the actual product colours?

As with all sites and monitors, it is commonly known that the actual colours may differ slightly as screen settings can alter the appearance. I have made every effort to display them accurately. Unfortunately, colour is not an acceptable return, exchange or reason for refund once personalised so if you have any questions please ask before purchase.
