Delivery & Refunds

Although timescales will differ throughout the year, as a guide please allow approximately 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you need your order in a hurry or by a certain date, just ask before placing your order. If your product is in stock I'll always try my best to squeeze it in.

Every single design is created by me. Hand drawn, hand painted, embellished or printed to my high standard so time scales may increase during busy times, or school holidays.

Dates for last orders will be advertised well in advance for guaranteed Christmas delivery, for example, or when I’m on my summer holidays. Please do pay attention to last order dates as once these have passed stock levels cannot be guaranteed.

Postage class is chosen by you the customer and options are available at checkout. Any free postage will be made clear on each product listing. An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched so you know its on the way. Please ensure address details are correct. Addresses must match the address used on your method of payment. Alternatively, if you are local (OL12) you are very welcome to collect your order in person. Just add a note to your order and I'll be in touch to arrange collection. Please contact me if you have any questions.

I'm sorry we currently do not offer overseas postage.

Oh no! Do you need to return your order? Did it arrive safely? Is it damaged? Was there a problem with your order?

As all orders are personalised and handmade I can only accept returns if they are faulty or a design error has been made by us.

All orders will leave Boutique Twenty 6 HQ beautifully, protectively packaged and in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order is incorrect please do get in touch.
